Class Schedules
ShareEdu provides all mechanisms for managing class schedules: 1- Ability to enter the schedule through the Vice Principal's or Schedule Manager's account 2- Option to allow teachers to enter their own schedules 3- Ability to create schedules for specific periods 4- Ability to copy a schedule from one period to another 5- Printing schedules by class, grade, or stage 6- Automatic display of schedules for students and parents in their respective portals 7- Option to activate a schedule for a specific period, then revert to the main schedule (e.g., distance learning schedules, Ramadan schedule) 8- Ability to import schedules from other systems and modify them within ShareEdu
Supervision and Duty Scheduling
The system offers tools for managing supervision and duty schedules (inputting school supervisors’ data, weekly distribution of supervision and duty schedules, copying weekly supervision schedules, notifications to supervising and duty teachers via mobile app and WhatsApp alerts)
Substitute Class Distribution
The system provides tools for distributing substitute classes through ShareEdu AI, which displays the absent teacher's schedule and, for each class period, lists available teachers who are free during that period along with their workload for the day, enabling fair and transparent distribution of substitute classes. Additionally, the system offers other daily school management tools such as (student assignment to tracks and classes, automated call request reception when students leave, parent visit logging, handling administrative complaints, and other services).
