Attendance and departure fingerprint services for employees at ShareEdu via the mobile application offer exceptional solutions regarding daily attendance control and management of tardiness and early departure. It also provides school management, through a single app for schools, with multiple services. These advanced capabilities are offered by ShareEdu without the need for external devices or hardware, relying instead on the advanced features of the mobile application developed and improved by the company in harmony and integration with other services and permissions available on the platform and its mobile apps. Location Settings: To activate employee fingerprint services, first, the geographical location settings for the branches where employees will mark attendance must be configured. ShareEdu allows adding unlimited geographical locations linked to employees' attendance at any branch. Work Hours Definition: Using the work hours definition service, attendance and departure times are defined for each payroll (all employees belonging to specific payrolls). Employee Mobile Device Authorization: Through this service, HR department employees authorize employee mobile devices to enable fingerprint attendance via those devices. (The system provides a high level of security so that employees can only mark attendance or departure through one authorized mobile device approved by the HR management — attendance marking from the mobile app is only possible within the defined geographical area — also, one mobile device cannot be authorized for more than one employee). Click on (Attendance Fingerprint) to show the following confirmation screen for employee fingerprinting: The employee clicks to confirm the fingerprint, then a message appears indicating successful fingerprint registration with the recorded attendance or departure time.

Field Visit Fingerprint for Branches

If the company has multiple branches and some positions such as educational supervisors or service officers or monitoring officers have field visits to these branches, the app allows attendance and departure in more than one place in the same day through the tracking service. When the employee enters the location, they press (Start Tracking) which acts as an attendance sign-in, and when leaving, they stop tracking which acts as sign-out. The app records check-in and check-out times, the registered geographic location at attendance, and the duration of stay at this location.
