ShareEdu’s Automated Calling services provide excellent solutions for organizing the departure of students from school gates in an automatic and flexible manner. This allows the parent or guardian to call their children using the mobile application when they are in the geographic proximity of the school, thus preparing students for departure and avoiding congestion outside school gates.
To start activating the Automated Calling service, first configure the service activation settings, such as the active time — set the student dismissal time in the “Available from” field and the dismissal end time in the “Available until” field.
1- **Activate Call Messages**: The parent receives a WhatsApp message when a student is called via the mobile app, notifying them that a call has been made.
2- **Activate Exit Confirmation Messages**: The parent receives a WhatsApp message when the school administration registers a student’s exit via the mobile app.
3- **Activate Geofencing**: Define a geographical location on the map. The call service will only be available when the parent is within this area. If they are outside it (i.e., far from the school), the service will be disabled.
4- **Define Student Pickup Contacts**: The parent can assign a specific person, such as a driver, to pick up their children. The school administration will be provided with this person’s details. Authorized personnel can enter this pickup person’s data associated with the student’s information through the designated screen.
Within the school app, the Automated Calling service appears on the parent’s dashboard, enabling them to call their children easily.
