ShareEdu's Employee Attendance and Departure services via the mobile app provide advanced solutions for managing daily attendance and controlling tardiness and early departure. It offers school management multiple services through one school app. These advanced capabilities are provided by ShareEdu without needing any external hardware, relying on the mobile app’s advanced features developed by the company, integrated with the platform’s other services and mobile applications. Location Settings: To start activating employee attendance services, first configure the geographic location settings for branches where employees will check in. ShareEdu allows adding unlimited geographic locations and linking employees' attendance to any branch location. Work Hours Definition: Through the work time definition service, the attendance and departure hours are set for each payroll group (all employees belong to specific payroll groups). Employee Mobile Device Approval: In this service, HR staff approve employees' mobile devices so that employees can clock in/out only via their approved phones. The system ensures high security by allowing attendance only through a single approved phone per employee — no phone can be assigned to more than one employee — and clocking in/out is restricted to the defined location zone. Click on "Attendance" and the following screen appears to confirm the employee’s attendance: The employee presses to confirm the attendance, and a message appears confirming successful registration of attendance time (in or out).

Field Visits Attendance for Branches

For companies with multiple branches and employees such as supervisors, service managers, or follow-up officers who conduct field visits, the app allows attendance and departure from multiple locations on the same day through the tracking service. When the employee arrives at a location, they press "Start Tracking" to clock in, and when they leave, they stop tracking to clock out. The app records check-in/out times, geographic location, and duration at the site.
